The last ice-powered Jaguar, an F-PACE SVR SUV, rolls off the assembly line ahead of switch to electric vehicle. 

Final car is destined for Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust, which houses other milestones like the final XE and the first SS Jaguar 2.5-litre.

It comes weeks after the brand’s new Type 00 Concept Car made its debuted outside The Chancery Rosewood hotel in Mayfair.

The last ICE-powered Jaguar car – a black F-PACE SVR SUV, rolled off the assembly line at the Solihull plant in UK on Friday 19th December 2025, ahead of the brand’s switch to Electric Vehicles (EVs) next year.

Built by Jaguar’s Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) division, the F-PACE SVR features a powerful 5.0L Supercharged V8 engine with around 550 PS and 700 Nm torque, allowing the high-performance SUV to reach 0-60 mph in about 4.0 seconds and a top speed of 178 mph (286 km/h).

The Last ICE-powered Jaguar, An F-PACE SVR SUV, Rolls Off The Assembly Line Ahead Of Switch To Electric Vehicle - autojosh

The final car is destined for the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust (JDHT) in Gaydon, according to the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club, where it will be on display alongside other milestones, including the final XE, and the very first SS Jaguar 2.5-litre saloon.

Photos shared by the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club, who was at event, show the Solihull workforce marking the end of the F-Pace’s 10-year production run and Jaguar’s 90-year history with petrol and diesel engines.

Production of the last ICE-powered Jaguar comes weeks after Jaguar’s new polarising Type 00 EV Concept Car made its debuted outside The Chancery Rosewood hotel in Mayfair alongside the Jaguar SS 2.5 Litre Sports Saloon – which was first unveiled 90 years ago.
