Although the 76 Wh battery capacity is decent, but not exceptional, Acer’s Nitro V 16 AI nevertheless has a long battery life. In our Wi-Fi test, which simulates browsing various websites, the 16-inch laptop reached an excellent 11 hours. By comparison, similar laptops typically manage between 4 and 6 hours.

The impressive battery life is thanks to the Nitro V 16 AI’s moderate power consumption. The integrated Ryzen 5 240 and GeForce RTX 5050, thanks in part to their graphics switching capabilities, don’t consume too much energy.

The Acer notebook also surpasses its competitors in other areas. Its connectivity options, including a card reader and USB 4 ports, are superior to those of the similarly priced HP Victus 15, which we also recently reviewed.

As for the other strengths and weaknesses of the Nitro V 16 AI, interested readers are advised to take a look at our detailed review.
