Police on Wednesday arrested a 32-year-old man after his car reportedly hit and killed an elderly man near Mai Po in Lok Ma Chau in the early hours of the morning. The vehicle was travelling along Tam Kon Chau Road towards Yuen Long when it hit the 94-year-old man shortly after 4am.
